Heavy Police Presence in Naked Creek; Sheriff’s Office Asks Public to Avoid Area

PAGE COUNTY, Va. — The Page County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) issued an alert just after 1 p.m. March 31, 2026, reporting a heavy law enforcement presence near Jollett Road and Grindstone Mountain View Road

The area is located in the Naked Creek community in the southern portion of the county.

Authorities said the situation has been deescalated and there is no immediate threat to the public.

The PCSO has asked nonresidents to avoid the area to allow emergency personnel to safely manage the scene.
